オンライン予約ができない来館目的 / Appointments that cannot be made online

警察証明書の申請と、遠方の方で在留証明書・署名拇印証明書の当日発給をご希望の場合には、電話（089-417-6040）もしくはメールにてお問合せください。オンラインでは、予約できません。

Application for a police certificate (criminal record): Please make sure to contact us via phone at 089-41 76 040 or send us an e-mail. Online reservations are not possible.

旅券、証明、免許返還、マイナンバ－等の受け取りは、当館よりの受取日連絡通知後（交付日通知後）に当館開館時間帯（9:00～16:00）にお越しください。
連絡がない場合には、電話（089-417-6040）もしくはメールにてお問合せください。

Visa collection: To make an appointment for collecting your finished visa, please call us at 089-417 604 0 or send an e-mail.

予約の変更又はキャンセル / Cancelling or changing an appointment

予約の変更またはキャンセルは予約受付メールの「来館者登録／GUEST予約確認ページ」よりお手続きください。
ご注意：予約が確定すると、最後の画面で予約番号が表示され、確認メールが送付されます。
予約番号が表示されない場合は、登録が完了していないため、ご入館できませんのでご注意ください。

To cancel or to change an appointment, please do so using the "Guest Login" which you can access through the confirmation e-mail you will receive after making an appointment. Cancellations must be done at least 1 day in advance. If you absolutely need to cancel on the same day, please call us at 089-417 604 0.
NOTICE: Once an appointment has been registered, an appointment ID will be displayed and a confirmation e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address.
Should you not see the appointment ID number, this means that the appointment registration did not go through, meaning it will not be possible to enter the Consulate.
